Arctic Meltalhead, Silencer and Tracker with Lakota.
These figures were never released. It was intended as another wave of GI Joe Extreme figures but was abandoned at that prototype stage around 1995 / 1996. 
 
The figures are first shot prototype, so it is earlier in the pre-production process in that it does not have any Hasbro stamps or date stamps.
 
In lovely non production colours and unpainted, beautiful looking prototypes.
 
As you can see they are also non sonic welded, so you can build the figure up and down depending on how you wish to display it.
 
Approximately 5" inches tall.
 
This item is part of a large collection of items from a Kenner / Hasbro factory clearance. There were a few quality control samples and various prototype items, this was one of them.
