This is a prototype of the figure released for the X-Men Age of Apocalypse toy line by ToyBiz in 1995.
 
This one is complete with all the weapons and accessories as well. Which are prototype first shots in non production colours and completely unpainted.

It is a test shot so has the Toy Biz stamp and 1995 date stamp on the bottom of his feet.
