Still firmly sealed. NEVER OPENED. This is old factory stock, unpunched and never hit retail store.
 
The card has minimal edge / surface wear.
The bubble is fully sealed and firmly sealed to the card. No cracks or dings. The card also is unpunched and lies flat.
The bubble packaging has the usual yellow tint / discolouration with time that is common on these bubbles used for the POTF line.
 
A really nice example of this figure.
